Sarojit Malik
is the Founder and Managing Director of Access International Partners LLC a firm that specializes in Cross-Border Strategic Transaction Advisory services. Sanjay Mazumder
works in Strategy and Market Management for IBM Software Group to spearhead network management offerings for new telecommunication technologies like IPTV and Metro Ethernet. He takes active role in telecommunication standard bodies to define next generation networks. Prior to this he worked for a decade in Lucent and Telcordia (Bellcore) as solution architect and product manager for network management software.
Mr. Mazumder holds a B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, a M.S. in Computer Science from Wayne State University, Michigan and a MBA in Private Equity and Entrepreneurship from Babson College, Massachusetts. Sanjay believes in ‘Technology for Compassion’ and tries to use this as mantra to serve the less privileged of the world. Sam Pitroda
is an internationally respected development thinker, telecom inventor, speaker and entrepreneur who has spent 40 years in Information and Communications Technology and related human and national developments. His experiences include private and public sectors and governments around the world. Credited with having laid the foundation for and ushered India's technology and telecommunications revolution in the 1980s, Mr. Pitroda has been a leading campaigner to help bridge the digital divide. During his tenure as Advisor to Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi in the 1980s Mr. Pitroda headed six technology missions related to telecommunications, water, literacy, immunization Dairy and oil seeds. Currently he is chairman of India's National Knowledge Commission reporting to the Prime Minister. He owns close to a 100 patents. He is widely regarded as one of the earliest pioneers in handheld computing because of his invention of the Electronic Diary in 1975; digital telephone switching technology in the early 80s; mobile phone based transaction technology in the ninetines. Rajat Kumar Gupta
is the former managing director of McKinsey & Company worldwide. He joined the firm's New York office in 1973, assumed leadership of its Scandinavian offices in 1981, and joined the Chicago office in 1987. Since joining the firm, Gupta directed a number of projects aimed at helping companies develop new product/market strategies and reorganize for improved effectiveness and operations capabilities. He has a broad range of consulting experience with a variety of industries, including telecommunications, energy, and consumer goods.
